Why this site exists
Most "what is my IP" pages bury a two-line answer under a wall of advertising and affiliate VPN offers. We built the opposite: the answer arrives first, the analysis is explained in plain language, and the page loads in a fraction of a second on any connection.
How the analysis works
Detection runs entirely in your browser. Your address is resolved through an echo endpoint, then enriched with public geolocation and autonomous-system data. A verdict is produced from three signals: whether the address falls in a reserved private range, whether it appears in proxy and anonymiser databases, and whether the owning organisation is a hosting provider rather than a consumer ISP.

- ipquery.io — VPN, proxy, Tor and datacentre risk flags
Languages
The site is published in English and Bengali (বাংলা), with matching hreflang annotations so search engines serve the right version automatically.
Accuracy and limitations
IP geolocation is an estimate derived from registry records, not a positioning system. Country is usually right; city frequently is not, particularly on mobile, satellite and corporate networks. Proxy databases also lag reality — a brand-new VPN endpoint may not be flagged for days. Treat every result as strong evidence, not proof.
